If for any reason you feel that our product does not meet your needs, please contact the place of purchase, or Starr Boards directly to discuss your concerns. Starr Boards will take care of any manufacturing defect by replacing it with a comparable model or replacing a defective part. All cases are handled on an individual basis and are subject to our discretion.
Warranty
We do not warranty products damaged by normal wear & tear, alteration made by the owner, misuse, accidents and/or damages caused by activities other than the intended use. Please take into consideration that nothing lasts forever and boards need replacing over time.
